We designed this logo for Rooms for Change, a nonprofit agency created to ensure youth leaving the foster care system in the Bay Area are afforded the opportunity to live in a home environment that supports their well being. To assist young people in their transition from foster youth to inter-independent young adults, Rooms for Change provides free interior design services and free furniture.
We’ve worked with Flyin’ West on a variety of projects since the early years of our business. The company came to us for help with a rebranding initiative, including a logo redesign (shown here), along with a new stationery package, updated collateral, and a fresh website, all currently under development. With this logo project, our goal was to present a stronger, cleaner, more modern image for Flyin’ West, while retaining some of the essential elements of their original brand.
Winans Construction is an award-winning remodeling design build firm based in Oakland. Their original logo had many elements the company’s owner liked, but it was difficult for the word “construction” to be seen, especially in smaller applications. The company wanted to subtly refresh their logo to make it easier for prospects to quickly grasp the nature of their business. Our solution honors the strength of the original logo, while updating it for better readability.
Meridian Point Partners came to us as a start up with a need for a suite of marketing materials to communicate substance and excellence in a traditional yet interesting way. We developed their logo with a compass pointing north as a memorable visual reinforcement of the company name. The compass also communicates stability and the ability to navigate, important themes in the financial world.
This logo for an interior design company employs a modern color combination and ultra-clean layout, in keeping with the aesthetics of the firm. We also wrote the company’s tag line: “Modern, Livable Interiors.”
We designed this logo for Elite Trade Alliance, a select group of contracting companies, including painting, electrical, and wood working, who decided to collaborate and market their services to discriminating home owners throughout the Bay Area.
We developed this logo for Pentapogee, a consulting company that is currently in start up mode. The logo interprets the company’s play on “apogee” – the highest point.
Reality Mentor, a mentoring program for Bay Area youth, needed a logo, identity materials and a website for their nonprofit organization. We developed their logo and identity materials to appeal to adults and tweens alike, with fresh colors and a “shooting star” design that communicates the goals of the organization for their mentees. Building from the logo, we then provided art direction for the Reality Mentor website, which was developed and built by another contributing company. See the website here.
This personal financial planning company uses a sunflower as a visual theme. We incorporated the sunflower into the logo and applied bright modern colors, communicating growth with a spirit of fun.
This logo for a book store’s Open Mic night mirrors the bright modern environment of their Southern California beach surroundings.
